Class Descriptions


Get ready for a fast paced, calorie burning, yoga flow. In just 60 minutes our teachers will get you sweating without having to heat the room. Our P-60 classes are designed with the busy yogi in mind who wants a quick sweat coupled with a yoga burn. Basic yoga postures are linked together in an athletic way blending an ancient practice with modern day gymnastics, calisthenics and cardiovascular work.


Power 75

Give in to this 75-minute yoga fusion class. Our Power 75 classes are designed for the level 2 yogi who enjoys a blend of a powerful cardio flow mixed with deep opening floor postures designed to build your practice in a safe way. This class works well for practitioners who like a fast paced level 2 yoga flow.


Power/Hatha (90 min)

This juicy class led by Dorian Wright is inspired by Yogananth Andiappan and is a full body journey that ends in the sweetest savasana. If you are tired of doing the same old vinyasa flow, this mixed class is the best option for you. Specialized postures are integrated in a 45-minute total body warm up that will get you sweating from your insides! Next, Dorian uses that self made heat to take your yoga practice to the next level. He shows you how to work with props in a safe way and will sometimes have you partner up. Be prepared to do something different all the time.


Aerial Yoga

All strength and no flex make for a stiff yoga practice. Our aerial classes may not get you a spot in Cirque Du Soleil but it will OPEN YOU UP. Aerial yoga is all about increasing flexibility while building your core strength. This class offers a new opportunity for practitioners of all levels to expand their practice. The silk becomes a prop that elongates your body with the use of gravity. Please take a level 1 class before entering a level 2.



Total Yoga

Total yoga is a class that focuses on all aspects of the yoga practice, moving from pranayama, through asana and into meditation. There is a mental training aspect that keeps the mind engaged throughout class in order to keep you present and focused. The asana practice is vigorous and will offer a cardio aspect unique to this style of yoga. Explore your sense of wholeness by using the breath as the bridge between mind, body and soul.


Prana Vinyasa

Originally founded by Shiva Rea, Prana Vinyasa is a fluid practice that incorporates the elements of modern dance, Kalari yoga and vinyasa. While this is a fluid practice, it is a slow moving practice that allows one to feel the strength of the posture all while moving like liquid. In the words of Shiva Rea, “Prana vinyasa is a life-realization embodiment practice and global collective bases on the roots of yoga, evolutionary pathways, the art and science of flow, and tools for wellness for our vitality and sacred earth.”


Bhakti Flow

If you love to chant and you love yoga, then Bhakti Flow is the class for you. This is a very strong class that will have you moving non-stop for 90 minutes. Coco’s classes are known to be fast paced flows designed to improve the fluidity of your practice. You will learn sequencing in addition to arm balances. She likes to turn up the music and turn down the lights! Get ready to sweat your buns off.


Shakti Flow

Shakti Flow is a movement, a practice, a way of life, inspired by movement.

Yoga, dance and functional fitness, Shakti Flow is an invigorating practice that blends these elements.

On the surface a Shakti Flow class is full of high intensity cardio bouts,

fun improv dance sets mixed with creative vinyasa flow, body weight strength training

and breath work while loud motivating music infiltrates the room.

Below what we can physically see, these movements are cleansing and opening

our chakras, building solid foundations while nudging us to step out of our comfort zones.

In turn we re-emerge more confident, vibrant and more aligned

with our divine feminine energy. Shakti means power or empowerment,

which is what our practice inspires within us.  This practice will challenge you no matter

what your experience in yoga or fitness, guaranteed to shake up and

Awaken the inner Goddess that resides within us all.


Soulful Power Flow

The music is soulful, the approach is soulful, and practitioners will leave feeling positively uplifted and ultimately “yoked” - mind, body, and soul.



A dynamic combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga's to balance the Yin & Yang in your practice. The first half of class is dedicated to a vinyasa styled practice; linking breath with movement to create internal heat. While the second half of class winds down into a yin/restorative styled yoga; where gentle stretches are held for an elongated period of time allowing the pose to sink into deep fascia tissues and release negative emotion and stress. Yin-Yasa provides practitioners with a balanced sweat and stretch session, leaving the body rejuvenated and equalized.


Rei Yoga

"Rei Yoga tests your physical endurance and develops your keen awareness of your inner being.  Learn to embrace your spirit and balance you chakras with a practice of Vinyassa Flow followed by a reiki group session. Yoga Sculpt

You will sweat, sweat, sweat in this class - think power vinyasa meets P90X, combined with a focus on intelligent sequencing,  continuous breath, safe alignment and proper execution of each exercise.  Cardio, HIIT training, and yoga - all in one!


Yoga For Cyclists

Open to the public through a partnership with the Hawaii Bicycling League, this simple but vigorous entry-level vinyasa flow class is designed to focus on stretching and strengthening your legs, hips, glutes, and lower back. Even if you've never ridden a bicycle, so long as you have the above mentioned body parts you will have a fun & accessible yoga practice.
