"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul created the symphony of life."
- BKS iyengar
Growing up with severe asthma, yoga was something introduced to Sarah at a very young age because it was a physical activity she was able to handle. After taking her personal practice more seriously, it has impacted her adult life drastically. Sarah really finds the beauty behind the breath through all of the asanas and has such a strong appreciation for it. After taking her first power yoga class a year ago, and unlocking strength she didn’t know she was capable of, Sarah knew she wanted to become a yoga teacher to help others find that strength they have both inside and out. Sarah truly believes that “there are two ways to live your life – as if nothing is a miracle; or as if everything is a miracle but it’s up to you to chose which path you follow.” Completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training in April of 2017 at the Hawaii Yoga Institute, training under Kilty Inafuku, Courtney Wexler and Tara Lavery, Sarah has a multi style training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Flow Arts.
