Do your best and then relax. Let things go on in a natural way, rather than force them. ~Paramahansa Yogananda

Sarah Yo

Sarah Yo grew up in Wisconsin, and she began her yoga journey during a high school gym class, where the teacher popped in a VHS tape of a yoga class. During her college years studying Marketing and Coaching at University of Minnesota Twin Cities, she continued practicing different styles of yoga more regularly, wherever she could find classes.

Sarah began teaching Yoga in 2011. During her time in Minnesota, Sarah taught Yoga Sculpt, Real Ryder, BarreAmped, and Buti Yoga. She coached four years of high school pole vault and high jump. During the summers, she taught Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga classes on the beautiful lakes.

In 2013, Sarah moved to San Francisco to work in the tech industry, but quickly realized that teaching was her true passion and quit her job to pursue her teaching career. During her time in San Francisco, she taught Yoga, CrossFit, Spin, TRX, Kettlebells, Yoga Sculpt and Power Vinyasa at different gyms and studios across the city. She coached and led Yoga Teacher Trainings.

In 2016, Sarah moved to Oahu, Hawaii and currently teaches Sunrise Flow, Power Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Buti Yoga, Partner Yoga, and Kettlebells. She leads yoga teacher trainings several times a year. When she is not teaching or practicing yoga, you can find her painting or playing with her dogs at the beach.
