“The success of Yoga does not Lie on the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.”
Stephanie Pearce dabbled into just about every sport but never fully connected with one form of movement. In 2007, after crashing on her longboard while bombing a hill in Denver, CO, Stephanie found herself with a life altering injury, numerous surgeries, and a lot of recovery time. Since then, she took months of physical therapy and practiced Hot Yoga for the first time. She never looked back at what she could no longer do and became passionate about Yoga. In 2010, Stephanie took her yoga practice to another level and earned her 200 RYT certification and started teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga. Since then, Stephanie practiced and studied various of schools of Yoga and developed an appreciation for what each school has to offer. Over the years, Stephanie has developed a love for Anatomy and Kinesiology; you can witness this in her teaching.
