Tiffany is a former internationally competitive figure skater who tried different practices such as ballet, pilates, and weight training to strengthen her skating skills. However, it was ultimately yoga that stuck with her beyond her skating career. The yoga lifestyle was a refreshing change from the competitive nature of the sport, in which she continuously put her body through stress and strain. She appreciates how yoga is truly about being your best self and giving back to your body and mind.
After earning a bachelors degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Tiffany moved back to her birth town of Honolulu, where she dove deeper into her yoga journey and enrolled in teacher training. From her studies at UCSB, she learned the true benefits of mindfulness and the brain-body connection. This encouraged her to dive deeper in her yoga studies and promote a healthy relationship with the mind, body, and soul.
Tiffany’s intention is to encourage and explore untapped energy through mindful movements and breath work. She invites any and all to join her on her yogic journey, understanding that no destination is ever guaranteed, but that we can find strength and beauty within the journey.
