“If you seek peace, be still. If you seek wisdom, be silent. If you seek love, be yourself.”
Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana, Victoria’s goal is to have students leave each class feeling renewed and energized. As a New England native who grew up dancing, tumbling, and competitive cheering, she seeks outlets that challenge her physically and allow her to move creatively. She found yoga soon after retiring from cheerleading post-college, and AcroYoga soon after that. She has been developing her practice since 2012, and appreciates how yoga challenges individuals to honor their body and mind simultaneously.
Victoria received her RYT-200 in April of 2016 and has been sharing her passion of yoga since. She believes that stepping on the mat each day provides a grounding form of moving meditation, transformative power, and self-improvement. Her classes are intentionally challenging, and incorporate English and Sanskrit along with curated music. Victoria’s aim throughout class is to help students develop a deeper understanding of yoga and its many benefits, breaking down postures by utilizing lots of verbal cues and hands on adjustments. You can find Victoria teaching at Power Yoga University on Mondays at 8:15pm and Wednesdays at 9:15am.
